Established in 2019, Valley Staffing Partners is a division of our parent company, On Demand Occupational Medicine. The growing need to place qualified employees back into our workforce became evident, and thus, VSP was created.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, total employment should increase by 11.5 million jobs between now until 2026. In addition, U.S. Manufacturing is forecast to increase faster than the general economy, according to MAPI foundation.

After extensive research on the past, present and future economy, we decided it was time to take action and help the U.S. economy bridge the employment gap.
